Attention, Whos of University Elementary School! To kick off the holiday season with a little mischief and a lot of fun, the Grinch himself has challenged us to show our holiday spirit! On December 1st, wear your Grinch clothing or anything green to show that Christmas doesn't come from a store—it comes from the heart!

University Families: Please do not allow your children to bring stuffed animals of any kind to school unless your child’s teacher sends a message for a special day.

Stuffed animals of all sizes should be left at home. They cannot be hung on water bottles, binders, backpacks, etc..

Honoring all Who served: Students at University may wear patriotic attire on veterans day Tuesday November 11, 2025

The second grade students will be honoring all military with a Veteran’s Day program November 11th at 9:00 in the auditorium. If you or a loved one is active or retired military, please send a picture of the second grade student with the military family member to blmassey@caddoschools.org. You are welcome to send rank and/or branch of the military.

Bus 711 will have Mrs Smiley on Bus 720 will pick them up from University by 3:45.

University by 711 has a substitute bus driver. The students will arrive late at their pick up spot. Please call the school if you were going to come pick up the child so we do not put them on the replacement.

University-Bus 161 (Bus 42) does not have an assigned driver
